Refund/Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 day full price refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

To complete a free and easy refund/exchange that also protects us from costly returns, scams and fraud, we will use the following three step process:

Step One:

  • Purchaser must send an email to craig@7dvc.com and request either a refund or an exchange. 
  • Include your name, email address, cell phone number, mailing address and description of item(s) you are returning and the price you paid. 
  • Include specific, pertinent and/or necessary details when requesting an exchange.

Step Two:

  • Upon receiving your request, we will confirm your purchase from our records and email you a link to a prepaid shipping label addressed to us.
  • Use that shipping label to return the item(s) in it’s original package and in the same condition you received the item(s).

Step Three:

  • REFUND: Once your purchase is confirmed, we will issue a refund for the purchase price to the debit/credit card used for the purchase.
  • EXCHANGE: Once your purchase is confirmed, we will mail the requested exchange to the mailing address indicated in your request.
  • If the replacement item(s) requested is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the purchase price to the debit/credit card used for the purchase.

Please contact us if you have not received your refund or exchanged item(s) within 10 business days.
